Tandoori chicken is awesome, Veggie is so tasty and even though I am don't usually eat red meat I ask for seconds and thirds. They have 3 different sizes, will give them to you frozen or cooked and they are really friendly. I suggest it for anyone.
Good Samosas and the price is awesome!
We tried Paneer Kadai & Malai Kofta with Rotis/Paratha, very good & tasty.
Samosa are awesome!!
The Samosa Factotry should change their name to Stale Factory. They sell stale food from previous days and refuse to return the money too. Very unproffessional attitude. That was my last trip to their business as they even refused to sell me another food product in exchange. Very rude attendant too. She was on the cell phone while attending to customers. I just checked and they have already had a couple of warnings from the city regarding cleaniness issues.
Although I have always enjoyed their Samosas but I always have a problem getting through on the telephone. i have mentioned this to them a number of times and they just shrug me off. too bad because I could have thrown alot of bussiness their way
I have been a Wholesale client for a year and a half, and I have to say that there prices and quality of product is exceptional. The staff is very polite and always willing to accommodate to my restaurant needs.
I love Indian food and this is a great place for appetizers. The staff was very friendly and let me know what would work best based on the people I had coming (which was spicy ect) and how to cook and store the frozen samosa I had purchased for later. The prices were very reasonable and I recommended them to all of my friends. The mini samosas made my party a hit!
Great food, good quality and fantastic service! They bent over backwards to help me out for our party. Everyone wanted to know where we got our samosas, pakoras and snacks!
They cheat on your bills. Be careful.
They take tax money on your orders and will refuse to give a bill.
Added to that horrible food
Very bad customer service: I ordered 60 samosas. They gave me 3 boxes saying each had 20 - when I came home and opened, there were only 14 in each of them. When I called to inform, instead of accepting the mistake and apologizing for the error, the staff and store manager told me that this can never happen and that I was lying. The last thing I would do is lie for the cheap samosas and drive 50 km to the other end of town to get it back. This experience was very disappointing and left a sour taste in my mouth - I am going to tell all my friends and relatives not to trust this store or their samosas.

I would like to discuss your experience further.
They really cheat on your bills and overcharge you if you pay by credit card. Be careful!!!
They take tax money on your orders and will refuse to give back. Also, if you buy their one day old food and make complain they will not accept say we are running business's so can't refund you money or exchange to anything else. Poor management!!!
